1. Walkers baked sour cream and chive and salt and vinegar!! These are such tasty crisps and so low fat as well so if you want a treat after Christmas without feeling guilty these are the crisps for you!! Stocked in Asda , Sainsburys and more not expensive either!!

2. Asda sour cream and chive dip I have literally been eating this with every meal nachos adding it to a pasta sauce to give it some flavour it's a bit fatty but who cares to find a delicious dip is amazingvvg!!!! Nut free of course , they also do onion and garlic!!

3. Birds eye chicken dippers , so at Christmas my darling sister did a nut free Buffett at her flat and it was amazing one thing I did try was birds eye chicken dippers!! Obviously had to dip them into my sour cream and onion dip YUM . Such low fat!! Added to a salad or anything it's delicious!!

4. Smoked salmon: got a tiny bit obsessed with this stuff over Christmas had it on a seafood salad!! On toast with cream cheese and on top of pasta!! YUM!! Fishy delishy!!

5. Brie: absolutely love it!! Brie and bacon toasty!! Nut free Asda smart price so your only looking at a pound !!

6. Big cheddars: so this Christmas I wanted some cracker esk things to go with the cheese board that I could eat!! And I discover big cheddars basically mini cheddars but giant!! They are made by KP foods but are totally nut free!!

7. Lightly Salted Doritos: The best crisps ever invented they are nut free and are versatile can make nachos , tortilla sou or just have them with some delicious dip!!

  1. Hi, I'm nut allergic/peanut allergic too; shopping is a nightmare but I have come across your blog which makes me feel like I'm not alone with this; I have birdseye chicken dippers in the oven as I write.
