Just thought I'd post a cupcake recipe I did that a valentines day themed!
So the recipe is:-
Regular cupcake recipe
2 eggs
Level tbsp baking powder (cost cutter)
100g Asda smart price butter softened
100g caster sugar
100g of self raising flour
(24 small cupcakes)
Gas mark 4 ten minutes
1 put all ingredients into a bowl and mix it 3 minutes
Decorate with butter cream: butter and icing sugar and Jam (raspberry seedless)
We did hearts and icing hearts and other decorations :)
