Personally i had been avoiding Sainsbury's due to eating one of their foods stating it was nut-free and discovered a peanut :| But i am now seeing that this rarely happens. I personally from sainsbury's have discovered the basics range which for me (a student) is so good as it's so cheap!! Their basics custard creams, are completely nut-free as I have tried and tested this method :D and to be fair they are so nice. I hadn't had a biscuit for about 15 years since last week. Their Pitta breads are completely nut-free !! 20p for 6 little pittas is a bargain. I also have found a cous-cous that is nut-free also from sainsbury's, they have a "extra special" range like Asda and it is completely safe :)
Asda:- They do mini pizza's which is awesome!! They are called snack pizza's in the fresh part and are small but they're good for a free dinner. Curly fries i have also checked out and they are nut-free, along with their tortilla wraps for fahitas obviously most of this stuff does have wheat and gluten in it!! But i have checked the free-from section and they offer Pitta's and other breads. But i do not think these are nut-free , as most of the gluten and wheat free foods do contain nuts.
Birds eye also do cod-cakes, they are roughly 80p for 4 and are completely safe as well :) I have been trying so many foods its ridiculous haha!!
All pictures are obviously copywrited to Asda, Sainsbury's and Birds eye.
Bon Apatite (not sure how to spell it)
